Your athlete has worked too hard to get overlooked.

Every successful recruiting journey starts with a plan.

JQ Athletics represents high school football families through every stage of the recruiting process with honest evaluation, strategic positioning, and experienced execution.

From your first recruiting conversation through the first day of college football, your family will have an experienced recruiting expert representing your athlete every step of the way.

The JQ Athletics Method

Every successful recruiting journey follows the same process.

We don't begin with exposure. We begin with a plan.

Once we understand exactly where your athlete stands, we position him to the right programs and execute that plan together every step of the way.

Know where your athlete stands and where he's going.

Every athlete begins with a clear Recruiting Plan built around your athlete's ability, goals, and realistic opportunities.

Position.

Present your athlete to the right programs, at the right level, in the right way.

Recruiting isn't about reaching every coach. It's about reaching the right ones.

Execute.

I walk alongside your family and carry out the plan.

From your first conversation to your athlete's first day of college football, you'll have an experienced coach in your corner..

Most athletes never get a real look.

Not because they can't play. Because nobody with the right relationships was fighting for them.\

They don't know which level is actually realistic for their athlete. They don't know if their son's film is being watched or going straight to junk mail. They don't know what coaches are really looking for, how the transfer portal is affecting scholarship availability, or why a kid who could clearly play at the next level never gets a single call.

That is not a talent problem. That is a visibility problem.

That is where we come in. We give your athlete a real evaluation, direct representation, and every opportunity to be seen by the right programs.

Plan.

I work with football families who know their athlete can play.

Especially the ones who are not getting the attention they deserve.

The athlete from the small school whose film never gets watched.

The player who has been told he's too small, even though he can play.

The family that has spent thousands on camps and showcases but still doesn't have a clear plan.

If your athlete has the ability and the work ethic, I want to make sure the right people know about it.

How It Works

Every family starts with a Recruiting Evaluation.

Before I make a single phone call or contact a college coach, I need to know exactly where your athlete stands. I evaluate film, academics, position, athletic profile, and recruiting goals using the same lens college football staffs use.

From there, I build your JQ Recruiting Plan.

Your family receives a personalized recruiting roadmap built specifically for your athlete. We'll identify the right level, the right programs, and the right strategy so you know exactly what comes next.

If we decide to continue working together, I execute the plan.

That means personally representing your athlete, reaching out to college coaches, leveraging trusted relationships, and helping your family navigate every step of the recruiting process.

The Recruiting Evaluation is $500 and stands on its own. Whether we continue working together or not, your family leaves with clarity, direction, and a personalized recruiting plan.

A note on what I do and do not promise:

I promise honest evaluation, straightforward advice, and personal representation throughout the recruiting process. If your athlete is a fit for a program, I'll work relentlessly to make sure the right coaches know about him. If he isn't ready yet, I'll tell you that too.

What I cannot promise is an offer, a scholarship, or a specific school. Recruiting decisions depend on factors no one can control, including roster needs, timing, coaching changes, and how your athlete continues to develop.

What I can promise is this:

I'll tell you the truth.
I'll build a realistic plan.

And if we work together, I'll execute that plan with the same care and commitment I'd want for my own family.

The recruiting window is shorter than most families realize.

The recruiting process does not begin during senior year.

For most athletes, junior year and the summer leading into senior year are the most important months of the entire recruiting process. By the time many families realize they need a plan, college coaches have already identified their recruiting boards and built relationships with other players.

Starting early doesn't guarantee an offer. It gives your athlete the best opportunity to be evaluated, positioned, and seen before opportunities begin to disappear.

It all begins with an honest Recruiting Evaluation.
